One other thing about Tuesday's meeting -

Please bring an extra dollar with you. We will be collecting $1 from everyone to contribute to the waitstaff as a goodwill gesture from our club. In addition, this would be a great time to renew your membership by also remembering your $20 club fees.

See you Tuesday!

@Tom - I believe we still haven't done our mead exchange. I'll have a bottle in the car.

Also, I have a British Strong Ale that needs to be diagnosed. It is all bottled in 500ml bottles so I won't be bringing it in, but I would like to send it home with someone experienced in diagnosing problems and doesn't mind trying it. It doesn't taste really bad, but there is something about it that just isn't right.

@Java - Grabbing a bottle to bring now.  I will be happy to exchange a bottle for a bottle.

Thinking ahead, the club-only competition for May 2010(the final competition for this season) is due May 1st.  The category is Extract beers, all BJCP categories 1-23.  I will be bringing a baltic porter and a bohemian pilsener, both made via extract and steeped grains, to the March meeting.  I hope to get some feedback from club members to see if either of these beers might be potential contenders for the May competition.

I will be bringing my Irish Red and Extra Stout for this meeting, both are extract and grains.
