Now you have me wanting to brew a British IPA. I love English hops (and really dislike most American hops, especially Cascade) I'm already brewing an English Strong Ale and a Holiday Braggot this weekend. Guess I know what I'm making when the Strong Ale is bottled.

Thanks for the comment, Java.  It has really been quite good and I think the keg won't last much longer.  This is definitely one I will do again.  If you are interested, I can post the recipe or send it to you.
