I've got some old hops (been kept air-tight in the feezer for about 18 months) that are not as old and stale as needed, but they might do the trick if you let them warm and dry out of a while at room temp in a paper bag. (Fuggles, Hallertau, etc.)
They will only cost you about $3 kagillian dollars per half ounce.
